The premise

Basic emotional literacy.

Most adults are not taught about their inner emotional life. They learn what they saw at home, which was often badly done, and then they spend decades managing emotions with tools that do not work. This path is the introduction. Not therapy. Not optimization. Just basic literacy. Seven days, written for the adult who has been doing this without it. By the end you will have a working toolkit for the inner moments that affect everything else.

Day 1, free

Most adults were never taught this either.

Day 1 starts with the man in couples therapy who realises, with some surprise, that he genuinely does not know what he is feeling. He is not unintelligent. He has been working without the basic vocabulary his whole adult life. Day 1 reframes the deficit. It is not personal failure. It is a missing skill that can be learned in any decade of adult life.

Day 1 of any path is free in the app.
